A study at McMaster revealed that students who engaged in moderate exercise experienced lower levels of anxiety and depression during exam season compared to those who did no exercise at all. Interestingly, while high-intensity workouts might seem beneficial, moderate exercise proved to be more effective in reducing stress and inflammation markers.
