Sleep and Light
Watching TV at night can be manageable if the light is dim and the screen is at a distance. Keeping phones out of the bedroom can significantly improve sleep quality by preventing the brain from waking up due to bright screens and engaging content. Interestingly, moonlight and candlelight don’t seem to block melatonin, while waking up in the middle of the night is normal and can be handled with dim lighting to ease back into sleep.In this clip
