Beliefs and Perceptions

A belief is simply a thought repeated until it becomes ingrained in the brain, shaping our emotions and perceptions. Our attitudes, formed by the combination of thoughts and feelings, reflect our state of being and can shift throughout the day. Most people perceive reality through the lens of their past experiences, often failing to see the present moment clearly. To transform a limiting belief, one must recognize the stories that define them and consciously reshape their thoughts and feelings.
