    I started to go on this journey for myself of trying lots of different healing modalities to figure out where the original wounds were inside of me, causing me to feel pain.

    When I created a new relationship with my five-year-old self, my twelve-year-old self, my 18-year-old self and started to create new meaning from these memories and wounds, it unlocked something inside of me.
