Innovative Approaches
Rebekah Neumann's WeGrow school stands out by empowering children to take control of their education. Students create their own work schedules and engage with Montessori materials, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility 1. Rebekah believes that every child is gifted and talented, and the school's structure aims to cultivate compassionate, whole human beings 2. This approach challenges traditional education systems designed for the Industrial Revolution, promoting a more personalized and passionate learning experience.
The kids are responsible for creating their own work schedule. So we don't say today, now we're going to do math, and now we're going to teach you math. Instead, we say today you're going to need to get through X, Y, and Z. Here's your work schedule. You create when you want to do it, and you go through the Montessori materials, basically teach yourself.

Holistic Development
Holistic development is a cornerstone of WeGrow's philosophy, balancing mind, body, and spirit. Rebekah and her husband constantly work on self-improvement, embodying the values they wish to instill in their students 3. Her personal journey of self-discovery, influenced by significant life events, underscores the importance of understanding one's purpose and emotional growth 4. This holistic approach aims to nurture well-rounded individuals who are in touch with their superpowers and can contribute positively to the world.
Life is perfectly constructed for us to, if we kind of take the cues, become our best and most fulfilled self. That doesn't mean it's always easy. There are really challenging times. But if we take every challenge as an opportunity for growth, then I think we're constantly going to become more happy and fulfilled.

Future Vision
WeGrow's future vision includes expanding globally and integrating blended learning to encourage mobility and experiential education. Rebekah plans to scale WeGrow to multiple locations, including international ones, and incorporate online curriculum to support families who travel 5. She emphasizes the importance of staying humble and continuously growing to manage rapid expansion and maintain the authenticity of their mission 6. This vision aims to create a global community of learners who are adaptable and connected to the world.
The main thing is to stay humble all the time. The second you go into ego, it's game over. You disconnect from your blessings, you disconnect from your joy, you disconnect from your people. So do not ever go into ego and do not ever think that you're great because great things are happening.
